In May and June 2004, the Almaty International Airport acquired new aerodrome vehicles

L929 TRANSPORTER / PALLET LOADER
is a self-propelled, dual platform loader designed to transfer 610 cm ULDs. weighing up to 15 000 kg. It can interface with 178 cm, 254 cm, or 356 cm doors and service the following aircraft:
- Lower Lobe: 747, 757, 767, 777, DC-10, MD-11, L-1011, A300, A310, A320, A330, A340
- Main Deck: 707, 727, 737, 747, 757, 767, А300, А310, А320, А330, А340, DC-8, DC-9, DC-10, ВАЕ – 146, MD-11, MD-80, L-1011

BUCHER SCHORLING STKF 3000,  the airside vacuum cleaning truck based on Mercedes-Benz chassis (model 1828 ATEGO) assigned to clean spatial squares of aerodrome pavements (up to 92000 m²/hour) as runways, taxiways, ramps and parking locations. The truck is designed to collect debris and slush and foreign matters as much as 60 mm of size and with the high operational speed water suction. The truck operational speed depends essentially upon the condition of the pavement being cleaned and may reach operationally 40 km/hour. The cleaning reservoir capacity is 7,5 m³ / a water tank – 1500 liters. Lifting capacity – 5500kg.
