Aibol Anuarovich Bekmukhambetov was appointed as

 Aibol Bekmukhambetov
was born in 1962.
In 1983,
he graduated from faculty of aircraft flight operation of
Aktyubinsk Higher Flight School of Civil Aviation under
specialty Aircraft Flight Operation, qualification is
Engineer-Pilot.

School of Civil Aviation.

of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

flight complex.

operation, engineering psychology, and decision making.

was conferred the rank of Person of the
Year of Aktyubinsk region
for courage and heroism shown at negotiations with terrorists
hijacked Boing-737 with
passengers aboard.
