Upgrading of the international and domestic departure lounges

Dear passengers, of the Almaty International Airport, please be informed about the following:
Some changes are been made to the departure procedures of the international and domestic flights from the terminal of the airport. New domestic and international departure lounges were launched for optimization and capacity enhancement of the airport.
•Departure Boarding on the aircrafts which are located on the distant parking places will take place from the second floor and the fist where new lounge is situated. You will be transferred to the board of the aircraft by buses. From the second floor passengers will be boarding on the aircraft that are located near aerobridges. By aerobridges passengers will get on the board of the aircrafts. New domestic departure lounge is located in reconstructed part of the terminal, which re-equipped by regulations of the service. Benches and chairs, bar as well as smoking places were installed in the domestic departure lounge. The goal of the bar is to offer affordable and good quality service, menu of the bar have tea and coffee from 70 KZT, refreshing beverages from 100 KZT etc.
•Arrival Buses will transfer passengers of the domestic flights to the domestic arrival lounge, for baggage claim. In case of loss of the baggage, lost & found office is located in the area. In the terminal of the International Airport maintenance of more than 20 sanitary- technical rooms is planned. Currently 10 rooms are repaired, including locations in domestic arrival lounge: WCs were repaired. Almaty International Airport is thrilled to make staying of the passengers more comfortable.
